First Step for Returning Student Registration

Parents/Guardians of returning students need to complete registration online using Parent Portal as well as uploading your Proof of Residence before schedule can be picked up. Parent Portal is open for online registration. If you need to fill out a Statement of Residence at the CS Administration building you may do so beginning July 8th. You will need to upload your proof of residency (electric or water bill in the parent/guardian name dated within the last 60 days)

Final Step for Returning Students and Schedule Pick-Up

All students will need to come up to the high school on July 23rd or July 24th from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria to turn in the signed forms (Student Drug Testing Form, Student Acknowledgement Handbook, and High School Compact) and pick up their schedule. Class Dues can be taken care of on My School Bucks or at time of returning registration). Cash or Check will be accepted in person for Class Dues. Parking Passing will be taken care of once school as started.

9th Class Dues - $25.00 10th Class Dues - $25.00

11th Class Dues - $25.00 12th Class Dues - $35.00

****If you have not completed online registration including uploading your Proof of Residence, you will need to do this before your student will receive their 2024-2025 Class Schedule. Allow yourself extra time to complete the online registration on provided Chromebooks and submit your utility bill at the school.

New Student Registration - 9th thru 12th Grades

If you were not enrolled in China Spring ISD at the end of the 23-24 school year, you will need to do new student registration.

  • STEP 1: Call the High School (254-836-1771) and speak with Candice Guzman or Candi Allen to schedule an appointment with the counselor.

    • Jami Bihl - Last names A through G

    • Vanessa Hopkins - Last names H through Q

    • Meghan Harvey - Last names R through Z

    STEP 2: You may obtain the registration packet at the High School Campus in the front office. Please fill out the packet before your scheduled appointment with the counselor.

    STEP 3: REQUIRED documents to bring with you to your appointment. (The previous school may send these records, but we must receive the records before your appt.)

    • Birth Certificate (must be a certified copy for 11 years of age and younger)

    • Social Security Card

    • Shot Record

    • Proof of Residency (electric or water bill in the parent/guardian name dated within the last 60 days. If the utility bill is not in the parent/guardian name, you will need to contact the high school or Sherry Oliver at the CS Administration Building to verify your residency and to fill out a Statement of Residency with Mrs. Oliver.

    • ID of person registering student

    • Last Report Card

    • High School Transcript with credits awarded (must have to meet with the counselor)
