Transcript Request Page
You will need to have transcripts submitted to the following:
Your prospective college
Scholarship Committees
NCAA Clearinghouse
Click here for a transcript request form.
You will need to fill out one request per college or scholarship.
This form is ONLY for current seniors.
Please allow three days for your transcript to be sent.
Remember to add your colleges to Naviance!
If you have already graduated, please contact the administration office (254-836-1115) to request a transcript to be sent.
We can also hand mail a transcript to the NCAA Clearinghouse for athletic eligibility.
