Good morning!  This is the third week of the 1st 9 weeks, and on Monday, August 26th, progress reports will be available for parents and students through parent portal. If you have questions or concerns regarding grades do not hesitate to reach out to the teachers.  On Tuesday and Wednesday, Herff-Jones will be on campus (Tuesday evening) and (Wednesday during lunches) for students to place those orders.  Finally, MCC will be on campus Thursday, August 22nd, at 8:00 am to meet with dual credit students, regarding the various platforms that MCC will use during the fall semester. All dual credit students should plan on being in the cafteria Thursday morning at 8:00 am.

Attendance Information:  If your student has been out sick, or they will miss for another reason please contact Ms. Ema Moes, CSHS Attendance Clerk.  Students can have up to four parent notes per semester.  One absence = one parent note.  If you have questions do not hesitate to email Ms. Moes.

AP Payment:  Beginning Septemeber 9th, any student who is enrolled in an AP course will need to pay for the spring 2025 exam. The cost of the test is $98, and can be paid for in the counseling center with cash or check. If your student(s) score a 3 or better on their test(s) China Spring High School will refund the exam fee. The payment window is September 9th - 23rd.  If you have questions do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Meghan Harvey.

Dual Credit Information:  Dual Credit courses begin Monday, August 26th.  Here are the room assignments for the fall semester: Fall 2024 Dual Credit Room Assignments, your students can also locate them on their schedule.  If you have questions regarding Dual Credit contact Mrs. Meghan Harvey.

Junior Class Rings:  Herff-Jones will be set up in the Commons on Tuesday, August 21st, 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm, for juniors and their parents to order class rings.  They will be set up in the Commons on Wednesday, August 22nd, during lunches 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, for any students who still want to order Class rings.  You can find information regarding class rings here: CSHS Class of 2026 Class Rings.  If you have questions contact Mrs. Candi Allen.
