China Spring High School

Good afternoon!  Progress Reports will be available through Parent Portal on Monday, May 12th.  I will meet with 12th grade students on Tuesday, May 13^th, during 2^nd period to go over final exam exemptions. This Thursday, there is a reception for all K-12 2025 seniors at the Primary school, which will begin at 4:30 pm. Also, this Wednesday, May 14th, will be the last day for seniors to RSVP for the Senior Fun Day on May 27th, to qualify for $50 gift cards. Also, I want to wish good luck to several members of the Tennis team as they will compete in the State Tennis Tournament this week. The final exam schedule is at the bottom of the newsletter.

Attendance Information:  If your student has been out sick, or they will miss for another reason please contact Ms. Ema Moes,CSHS Attendance Clerk.  Students can have up to four parent notes per semester.  One absence = one parent note. 

Student Medications:  If your student(s) have medication in the nurse’s office, you will need to pick it up before the last day of school, May 30^th.  Students are not allowed to take medication home themselves.  All medications left at CSHS will be thrown away.  If you have questions please contact Ashley Ellis at 254-1771 or email her Nurse Ellis.

Senior Parents:  Seniors will have final exams during the week of May 19^th – 23rd.  All seniors are required to attend all of their classes during that week.  Senior final exam exemptions will take place the last week of school, May 27^th – 30^th.  I will send a separate email regarding senior week.  Seniors will receive their exemption forms on Tuesday, May 13^th, during 2^nd period. CSHS Spring 2025 Final Exam Schedule for 9th - 11th grades:  I will have a class meeting with 9^th-11^th Grade Students on Monday, May 19^th, to go over the final exam exemptions. Final exams will be Wednesday through Friday.

All students MUST attend classes from 7:55am – 9:45am (Tuesday & Wednesday)
All students Must attend classes from 7:55am – 9:25am (Thursday)

11^th Grade Level = EXEMPTIONS: 4 exemptions
10^th Grade Level = EXEMPTIONS: 2 exemptions
9^th Grade Level = EXEMPTIONS: 2 exemptions
