China Spring High School

Good afternoon!  I hope that everyone has had a great weekend.  Tuesday night, May 20th, we will have our Awards Night. The event will begin at 6:30 pm in the Competition Gym. All students receiving an award, scholarship, or being recognized will be seated on the gym floor and need to arrive by 6:15 pm. Also, seniors will take their exams this week. Even if a senior can exempt their exams they must be in class every day this week. If you have questions let me know. Also, I will meet with 9th-11th grade students on Tuesday to go over their exemptions. The final exam schedule is at the bottom of the newsletter. 

Student Medications:  If your student(s) have medication in the nurse’s office, you will need to pick it up before the last day of school, May 30^th.  Students are not allowed to take medication home themselves.  All medications left at CSHS will be thrown away.  If you have questions please contact Ashley Ellis at 254-1771 or email her Nurse Ellis.

CSHS Awards Night:  The Awards Program is Tuesday, May 20th, beginning at 6:30 pm.  All students being recognized need to arrive to the Competition Gym by 6:15 pm. All students being recognized will sit on the gym floor.  This night is a great opportunity to celebrate our students.  If you have questions regarding Awards Night please contact Ms. Candice Guzman.

5/24          Class of 2025 Baccalaureate           1^st Baptist Church Woodway          10:00am(seniors arrive @ 9:15am)

5/27-5/30         Spring Finals/Senior Week

 Senior Parents:  Seniors will have final exams during the week of May 19th – 22nd.  All seniors are required to attend all of their classes during this week.  Senior final exam exemptions will take place the last week of school, May 27th – 30^th.  I will send a separate email regarding senior week.  If you have questions do not hesitate to contact me.  Seniors are required to be at school at the designated times May 28^th, May 29^th, and May 30^th.  None of the events will begin until all seniors are in attendance the last week of school.

CSHS Spring 2025 Final Exam Schedule for 9th - 11th grades:  I will have a class meeting with 9^th-11^th Grade Students on Tuesday, May 20th, to go over the final exam exemptions. Final exams will be Wednesday through Friday, May .

All students MUST attend classes from 7:55am – 9:45am (Tuesday & Wednesday)
All students Must attend classes from 7:55am – 9:25am (Thursday)

11^th Grade Level = EXEMPTIONS: 4 exemptions
10^th Grade Level = EXEMPTIONS: 2 exemptions
9^th Grade Level = EXEMPTIONS: 2 exemptions
