The deadline to submit your baby/senior picture for baccalaureate has been extended to Monday, April 20th. Please submit the pictures to Mrs. Lindsey Hensley at lhensley@chinaspringisd.net. Be sure to include your student’s name in the subject line.

China Spring High School Competition Gym
The China Spring ISD Education Foundation is hosting a School Board Candidate Forum on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center at China Spring Middle School. We want the forum to reflect the issues that matter most to our community, so parents and residents are encouraged to submit questions by Friday, March 27. While we may not be able to include every submission, your feedback will help guide the topics discussed. Please note, submissions are anonymous and the survey is not affiliated with any candidate or campaign. 2026 CSISD Education Foundation School Board Candidate Forum.
The State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) and End of Course Exams (EOC) standardized testing began Tuesday, April 7. Below is the remaining testing schedule:
● April 15: US History EOC and 8th Social Studies
● April 21: Biology EOC, 5th & 8th Science, Grades 3-4 Math
● April 28: Grades 5-8 Math and Algebra 1 EOC
CSHS is providing an opportunity for current senior students to take part in the YES (Youth Employment Solutions) Expo on April 30th from 12-2. The YES Expo is the premiere career exploration event for youth in the Heart of Texas region. High school students get the chance to explore many local career and college opportunities that are available. All senior students will receive a permission slip and blurb about the YES expo in their student email tomorrow. Students wanting to attend must have a signed permission slip returned to Mr. Ellis, Mrs. Odajima, or Mr. Conley by Wednesday, April 15th if they want to attend. No late permission slips will be accepted. The YES expo is not a mandatory event.

All Junior and Senior Students have received a PROM Checklist sheet to begin accounting for all the necessary items they need completed and forms needed to be handed in before they can purchase a ticket.
