Herff Jones will be collecting down payments for class ring orders at all 3 lunches on August 20th(Thursday).
Herff Jones Parent Night
Representatives from Herff Jones (Cap & Gown, Class Ring, Graduation Announcements provider) will host a parent night at China Spring High School in the Commons (Front entrance of the high school office) from 4:00-6:00PM to answer any questions.
Dual Credit
New-to-dual credit student meeting (students only) Thursday, August 20th at 8:00 am in the cafeteria. Please encourage your students to attend so they’re aware of class platforms, locations, etc. (for all online sections this will take place during their dual credit lab.)
Classes begin Monday, August 24th.
Please reach out to mharvey@chinaspringisd.net if you have not been receiving the parent emails regarding dual credit. I also encourage you to check your spam folder to ensure they’re not going there, first.
Student Call Outs
Please be advised that if you are calling out our student, you are required to give the office prior notice of not less than 2 hours in writing. If you need to check out your student immediately, you can come into the front office to check them out in person.
CSHS is a closed campus for lunch. Please do not call out your student to drive and get lunch. If you drop off lunch for your student, we will be more than happy to make sure they get it.
CSHS does NOT accept food deliveries from outside agencies such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc…
Letter Jacket Sizing
Letter Jacket Sizing and Orders for China Spring Football, Volleyball, Band, and Seniors only are scheduled for Wednesday, September 2nd from 11:30-1:15 during all 3 lunches. Students will size during their scheduled lunch period.
Nurse
If your student is to carry an inhaler or epinephrine please make sure to contact the nurse. Health care provider orders are required for all prescription medication.
